Enrico Bonino is a geologist with a degree in stratigraphy and paleontology from the University of Earth Sciences in Genoa, Italy. He is the author and editor of scientific books and papers about Paleozoic arthropods, fossil-lagerstätten, trilobites, and inclusions in amber.
A deep passion for the Earth, the biosphere, and its microcosmos motivate him daily to explore the possibilities of extreme-macro photography of microfossils. Insects in amber are his favorite subjects.
